ha! i love it when i get good ads like that. there's a pillow ad that's been chasing me for so long i'm starting to want to try it. Harjo is a character. she taught here in the English department for a while and left on the wings of a huge scandal that involved another faculty member & a grad student who got caught in some kind of sexual power exchange relationship and the thing completely blew up. the Department failed to fire Lisa Chavez (the "offending" faculty member; i'm inclined to think this story had several sides & no right answer, myself) and Harjo was so upset that they didn't, that she quit. that was some time back.

does facebook listen the way instagram does? i swear you can tell it things. i can say "i need new shoes" to my phone four or five times and within a day i'm seeing shoe ads.
