There's really a huge difference in canning a bit, for a taste, and trying for "most" (>50%?) of my food in a place where literally nothing grows for six months. I've got the meat dialed, but veggies are an issue. I'm hoping this plus the hydroponics will help.

Veggies are in rough shape and very expensive up here in the winter anyhow.
