We need some suggestions on moving 2 mature blueberry bushes to our new digs. We also have horseradish plants if anyone's interested.

The yard looks like a gardener's - there is a vegetable garden and a flower plot, both now somewhat overgrown and in need of TLC.

Moving mature blueberry bushes in midsummer? Ouch. Water heavily two days before you move it. Move it on an overcast day. Dig as big a rootball as you can out, and then water it every single day for the rest of the summer when it's in the new home.

Might be better off buying two baby bblueberry bushes.
