Oh, no worries! It's always good to know what works for different folks.
My periods definitely got lighter on the gynefix. They did a trial on it here, a clinic was trying to bring it in to Canada, but the manufacturer didn't want to pay the rest of the costs of the certification so it's not available any longer. Seems like I can order one from belgium and maybe have it quasi-legally inserted though.
