greenstormI got to do what I love to do today, for money, and I liked it. I got to strut around with a holstered set of pruning shears on my hip and play with plants.
It was great till I got home and read up on the stuff going on in New Orleans. I know this stuff is in people-- both the people rioting, raping, etc and the people keeping Canadian aid (food, people, etc) out of the US. I don't wanna see it, though.
Here's a secret I haven't really told anyone except Chris, who understands: I'm trying for that permaculture apprenticeship next summer for two reasons, one because I love it, and the second... really, truly, the second because I want to have the ability to keep myself and others alive if and when it all goes under.
