Why so much honey? Beef stew is awesome with home-dried cherry tomatoes and tomatillos and zuchinni - luckily we did an 'unholy' amount of dehydrating last year with our exploding garden. Now I've pureed cheap, local tomatoes, and put that into the dehydrator, which when dried, I can grind up and use as a tomato powder for soups and stews :)
