You make a good point regarding how men deal with fatness. It's a generality, of course, since individual men and women may have a mesh of tendencies we equate with either gender, but within the realm of generalities most men only care about their weight within the context of it preventing them from *doing* something, because men are action-oriented. If we get winded going up the stairs, we notice. If a girl rejects us for our looks, we notice. But beyond it getting in the way of our intended activities, a body is *mostly* a tool, not an identity.
And no, men don't use "curvy" because "curvy" is really more about hips and breasts...having a broad hourglass instead of a thin one. It's a strictly feminine-focused term.
