The two-hours-per-day thing is working very well. This is where I freely allow myself to feel negative emotions for a total of two hours per day, and beyond that I just wait for the next day to worry about things.

My major tantrums of depression seem to burn themselves out in just short of two hours, so this means that when those are over I don't dwell and sulk but just sort of let life get on with itself. It means I don't do two in a day.

Now, this is pretty much what happens anyhow in the majority of the cases, and so this two-hours thing is letting me see that I don't actually spend all my time unhappy, too. It helps me track my emotional state, because I evaluate at the end of a day and then I notice the in-between bits.

I would like to get my friends/relationships involved in this too. If I'm going on at length to you about how crappy things are, *do* ask if I'm up to two hours yet, and *do* know that it won't last forever. ;)

Finally: my cellphone is back, thanks rainbowk! Now it just needs to charge.
