Disintegration
Sep. 24th, 2003 01:40 pmAlright. So yesterday I left my purse at TOH.
Today, before one pm, I left the keys in the door to the apartment and started a fire in TOH -- a little fire, sure, that did no apparent damage, but the fire alarm went off and the trucks came (it seems to be wired in that way, which is spooky).
My competency level is sitting at zero. I'm kind of worried about doing anything, because I feel that I'll mess it up right now. I'm very carefully not leaving full cups anywhere I can knock them over and that sort of thing.
*sigh*
I've eaten, so that's a start, but I think I'll curl up somewhere warm and read for a little bit before I head over to my place to do some cleaning. I hate to think of what I'd do with a bunch of toxic chemicals right now.
Hopefully it clears up before Friday, when there's a bit of a get-together at the new apartment to clean it up before potential moving-truck stuff on the weekend. I'm crossing my fingers.
