It's bus pass day. Time to go to work early and get my bus pass.

Bathed the girls yesterday. Have scratchmarks on my arm, not cause the girlies were mean, but because it's just not easy for a rat to hold onto bare skin.

My next week is pretty empty-- little work, no boyfriend (exams thing), no habit stuff to fill time. There is the chia marathon (postponed till the weekend, which helps me to attend) and I'll actually be available during sunlight hours, so I can do things like go outside(!!). Need to put more plans in there though.

Musing.

I started roleplaying on a Furry MUCK, on Sociopolitical Ramifications (SPR) way back when. I was never 'into' the furry thing much, but I've known a lot of people who are over the years. This is an interesting cultural titbit to do with Doug Winger & the sex branch of that sort of thing.

Um... possibly not worksafe, though not that bad really.

Okay. If I can find my birth certificate by Friday, I'm going to see about going into the US Embassy with mom and getting a new passport (long story).

If I can't, I'm going to reapply for it (involves a trip to the notary) on Friday.

If mom can cover the $$, on either Friday or Monday (depending on paperwork needed, and assuming the ID I have will work, which will involve a phone call to find out) I will apply for Canadian citizenship. My intention is not, yet, to renounce US citizenship, but this is a pretty important thing for me to do, I think.

Not a 'pretty' poem, but very evocative of some of the good bits of life.

Each day, we must learn again how to love, indeed.

I'm /relaxed/ lately. Weird, huh?
