Not-Quite-Nostalgia
Mar. 9th, 2005 06:11 pmLast night I slept badly - not my bed, maybe? Chris stayed here with me for the night and chatted with the cat I'm cat-sitting for. She gave him nasty looks.
I dreamt ...well, about today, actually. Nothing that I dreamt about actually happened, but as usual my dreams are a beautiful pointer to where my fears and anxieties lie. *sigh*
At some point I need to meet up with Kynnin and go through the rest of the stuff, too, and I think that's triggering a little bit of that. I still miss him, of course.
On a similar note, that of diving back into the past, I've been really greatful for the people on OS lately. I haven't necessarily talked to them much or anything, but those are really getting to be the set of people I've known for longest. They also know me, rather than me-and-Kynnin as a unit. It's going on four years that I've been doing OS now, and it's nice to run across people who remember bits of the past that they've shared with you.
That's rare for me, and always has been.
