So, $80, an hour, and a lot of packing later, my stuff is moved.

I'm very pleased. Even though I was a stress zombie, it didn't matter. I put things in boxes (real wood boxes, not cardboard weirdness) and shoved everything into the middle of the room. The movers made an hour or two for me on no notice, came, picked everything up, put it in the truck, went to Graham's, hauled the bed downstairs, put it in the truck, drove to my new place, unloaded it into a neat pile where I asked for it, and charged me sixty bucks. May I repeat that the whole thing took an hour? Jeeze, last time I moved I paid more than sixty bucks in feeding people afterwards, and then there was gas and truck worries. So I tipped hard, and am so relieved and pleased.

Anyone in Vancouver who's moving, go with Tranquillity movers.

I even managed to mostly pull myself together enough to be social that evening. This week, I mostly only ever have only one thing scheduled at a time, it's mostly all stuff I want to do, and I'm not working more than eight hours on any given day in total. There is even time scheduled in for cooking and eating, and for discussing how stuff's gonna be arranged in the house.

My rats are in the same place that I'm sleeping every night, and I can see them any time I want to because I'm home a bunch.

Things to do, still: let my schedule settle another week or two, then catch up on friends. Prioritise things like: exercise, one-on-one social time, 'dates', roleplay, group social gatherings, grocery shopping, cleaning my own house; make a schedule with those priorities in mind; bend the schedule as I see for, but at least have it there.

Yeah.
