(no subject)

I want to write like a 60-hour workweek, slowly, ploddingly, one word after another: each a fractional drain on flagging motivation. Instead I wear holes through hardtoe boots and the fingertips of gloves with that willpower and my muse must be satisfied with one- night stands.
