Moving mature blueberry bushes in midsummer? Ouch. Water heavily two days before you move it. Move it on an overcast day. Dig as big a rootball as you can out, and then water it every single day for the rest of the summer when it's in the new home.
Might be better off buying two baby bblueberry bushes.
