greenstormYes, even though this 'condition' persists and the appointment is a couple of days off, there is good news.
I'm reading more, and got through my 200 email backlog.
My computer's up and running how I want it.
My mom's purse, which was stolen, was found in the dump sans money but with the ID intact.
I'm buying what I think is a black mission fig tree come Monday. At the nursery it was unlabelled, so it was cheap...
I can wash my own dishes and in some cases make my own food, thinks like mac & cheese and ramen. So if this is going to be longterm I've begun to get a handle on it.
There are cool people in my life.
So, there.

Too bad you're not too fond of that Margaret Atwood. It gets *super* interesting in Chapter 5! Starting to like audio books as an accompaniment to housework... think I will peruse the library for more...
