Mouth Feelings

greenstormEmotional closeness is seated, for me, in the mouth. Kissing is more emotionally intimate than sex. Desire resides in my uvula. I write this every few months, because it's true.
Do you know, I'll miss my clients a lot? I won't miss them in the fleeting, wistful, tender-when-poked bruise-y way I thought I would. I'll miss them and cry sometime, I think. It's been two and a half years now, more or less, I've been through four or so houses of my own, through the ending of every relationship I've had that's ended, and these people and these homes have been constant.
Maybe it's not so strange that I'll miss them.
