greenstorm | Solidifying Schedules.

Mmmmkay. So I've had the VanDusen volunteer interview, and know where I am with that for the next month and a half. Then I've got some choices to make about whether to work with kids in a teaching sort of situation or to collect/clean/package seeds. I've got my work schedule kind of down for the next month, with a couple of variables. This is good. :)

It was a lovely day today. TOW and the SO and I went to the Sha Lin Noodle House, which is a cool place. She likes it as much as we did, and that's also cool. It was not, unfortunately, a warm day, and I'm really not looking forward to the rest of the winter. I do go running tomorrow morning, though, which means I'll be warm enough then, at least.

Aside from that, I'm not doing too much. I'm in a low period, I suppose, although it's not an unhappy low period. I'm just spending a lot of time sitting around on the computer and in bed, and maybe a bunch more time in private/unsocial areas than before.

My game's hopped online, to livejournal, and it's interesting to discuss things there. Thus far the active forum is a plot-development class that Brody's holding online, or trying to -- the medium isn't perfect. I was the one who gave him a code to get started, and it's interesting now to watch what that means. There were already a ton of people from the game on here, and he invited a whole bunch more.

I'm realising that I just don't want to get involved in a bunch of these people's personal lives. Chatting about the game, yes. Reading their journals? No, not really. Or maybe that's just my socially-withdrawn phase. ;)
