Three Things
Dec. 12th, 2007 12:22 pmBreakfast is ratatouille. Lunch is pears poached in brandy and black tea with a pear and blue cheese sandwich. I'm trying to make up for all the gross icky and sugar I've been eating lately with fruit and veggies and low sugar-oil-etc.
Backwards. Two days ago, Angus and I wandered around being completely irresponsible. It made me think. Drew had used the word 'maternal' in response to my description of my sex stuff in that post the other day. In most of my relationships I've taken on the 'I'll take care of you' role sometimes, but the other person has *always* taken care of me. Monday that dynamic was completely missing-- he encouraged me to eat too much sugar, I encouraged him to eat things with wheat in them, and we essentially trashed ourselves into zombieness. Now this isn't a frequent occurrance with us, but it's certainly part of the *thing*. And it's interesting, because I haven't had that before.
Part of what I do in the evenings involves standing in front of the hot chocolate machine and tasting the stuff. "Drink as much as you want", they say. At least it's low-dairy; the stuff is mostly palm oil.
I'm busy lately, but happy.
Super pms-y though.
