greenstormI think I use Wow as a title more often than anything else. I guess my life just surprises me a lot.
I'm really tired. I've just had my sort of 'time off' and will have a bunch of work tomorrow and Friday, and the weekend's a busy one again. I do, however, now have socks! We've been trying to pick some up for awhile, and the SO and I finally got out to do it today.
Somewhere back in the fuzzy reaches of furthest memory last weekend or so I got to see Estrellada, which was wonderful, and curl up and cuddle with her, and then with her and _locke, which was also very nice. It's good to get out, and to talk, and to snuggle.
I also got myself together and did some of the talking I needed to do with people, which feels great to have done. I believe the Juggler told me he loved me in there, for the first time, and that means a whole lot to me that I won't try to explain here. His birthday's coming up, and he's having a party -- I'm thinking that'll be awkward, because he's not out to all the people at the party. More stuff to talk about, when time allows.
I got my calendars, and one's up at TOH. I have my yearly santa hat, which is good. It's looking like... well, let's not talk about busy, and scheduling, right now. Suffice it to say that I think I need to live through the next two or three months to see how it goes. Talked with TOW about the 'software development cycle' the other day, which apparently results in people working crazy hours for large amounts of time, and it's got me worrying.
Bah. Sometimes it feels like the relationships receed just as my fingers start to brush comfortable schedules...
