It's Morning.

The sky is very, very clear today. There's a smudge of grey-brown haze on the horizon in the direction of the city. The air has that cool-with-potential feel that lets the sun just fry you later in the day. I should get some more sunscreen. I'd wear The Hat, but it doesn't go with my working clothes at all well.
The weekend is coming up, and I'm looking forward to it despite a certain lack of stuff in it. I've got the garden event on Sunday to look forward to, certainly, but I haven't made plans with people yet much. It's supposed to be this way -- I'm taking the month off from initiating dates with the Juggler -- but it's lookin like he might be a little late to get in on my weekend.
What I should probably do is give Trevor a call. He doesn't keep me up late, but it's nice to hang out with him. :)
Most of my female friends seem to be out of town this week -- either an odd coincidence, or the influence of the weather.
I've been spending some nice time with the rats. It's... relaxing. I've also been spending a ton of time roleplaying. I've known some of these roleplay partners for a very long time, do you know that? Three times as long as the Juggler or Mouse, and half as long as the guy. Right now the familiarity is so soothing, just being able to do something with someone like I have before a hundred times. I don't have that with anyone in my physical vicinity right now with Mom and the brother in Japan till August.
