Does anyone know what exactly a stardate is, or how to create one?

It's interesting, I've been pretty productive today in terms of churning output out but I don't feel terribly productive. Yesterday I felt productive but didn't get much done. I wonder if there's a physical component to that feeling? As in, it comes along when you've done more 'actual' work in the physics sense?

....wow, talk about derailed. Realised this window was open at 10:05pm. Think I'll send it through now, no?

sadly, I am lazy and busy as well ... perhaps I will calculate some of that just to add to my nerd quotient ("elvis died on stardate blah blah blah" - guaranteed to get me dates! lol ... how could that go wrong?)

Oh, don't put yourself out on my account. No, really. Don't worry about it. It was just a passing thought. Don't trouble yourself. ;)

Even more sadly, I'm not even really technically that busy despite the fact that my calendar's booked up through the next eight zillion years. I have enough time to hang around livejournal answering these things, after all. Yet still I don't avail myself of the immense knowledge of the internet, not even enough to click on that link yet.

Hmm. I'm thinking that this silliness indicates some sort of need for sleep. I can't even think up a clever closing remark about dates and... dates, though granted a lack of bad puns makes the world a better place.
