Morning Check-In
Jul. 30th, 2004 09:13 amI'm awake, before my alarm clock as usual. I'm very ...sleepy, I guess, my eyes hurt and I'm a bit achy, that sort of thing. I don't have the automatic-slow that seems to come with mornings for some people, though I'd really like to go back to sleep.
My fish is beside my desk, and my rats are waiting for me all expectant-like. I won't be in to play wit them until late tonight, though, cause I have work ahead of me and then possibly two social events.
The world continues to exist, much as it always has, and whatever else may be happening I'm a part of it.
The morning light is coming in the windows of the livingroom, narrowly missing a sleeping cat. Soon, I must catch my bus. Take care.
