In fact, I should stop taking them.

Irritability super increasing: I'd say 70% of the time I can't get more than three text pieces into an exchange before having to stop and implement some sort of intense emotion control protocol and frequently just give up on the exchange. The "skype for business" icon on my work computer is broken, it's flashing as if to signal a (nonexistent) message roughly every three seconds after I check it, and I'm considering calling in sick for work for the rest of the day because I'm not sure I can avoid actually throwing my work computer across the room. I've been bleeding for 20 days or so, slightly increasing over time.

I'm feeling super exhausted and I'm not sure if that's a result of pushing it the previous weekend/week (garden meeting in person + PMDD multiple-hour workshop + convo with Tucker + canning roughly a batch per day) or if it's medication related or if it's related to a new illness (been coughing some). But yesterday I had to rest three times while doing chores, and I need to split wood today, so who knows.

Anyhow, I want to get this down so that in future I remember: combined birth control pills are BAD FOR ME. DO NOT take them. DO NOT trial them again.

Ok, gonna stop, had to write this out to realize it.

Next Dr's visit is end of March unless there's a wait list opening. Honestly maybe I'll die of old age before we figure out if a treatment will work.
