I want to make this into a villanelle but I'm kind of freaked out right now

The mind is so powerful,
So powerful.

I wake after a night of crying
I can't move my arms

Five minutes, ten.
My head slumps to the side on the pillow

I'm awake.
I can't move my arms.

How lazy I am, I think
This is something people do all the time

Just move an arm
Just move it, get up, and go to work

How lazy I am
The mind is so powerful

But not powerful enough
To move my arms
