Oh, and this morning was another episode of not being able to move, much shorter luckily. Interestingly I could not quite talk too, and I could move my fingertips a little. I was able to say "I can't..." but not the whole sentence "I can't move". It doesn't lock my lungs up like normal sleep paralysis used to, which is a deep deep relief.

It helps that I have the frame of cataplexy-within-narcolepsy or myasthenia gravis, as things that can happen but not necessarily be untreatable and degenerative. But yeah. It's scary.
