Yesterday...

...was the day of getting stuff that I thought was impossible done, and of shopping with my mom. The place in Nanimo will apparently 'ship' rats out here, once they're out of quarantine (there was a disease at a show recently) so I think that's what I'll do. Thanks for all the stories about rats, it's nice to know other people have had them. Anyone have a left-over cage? Needs to be pretty big, big enough to house two.

Now I'm exhausted. I need to make a boundary around staying up late on days before I work, and I need to keep to it. It doesn't seem to matter how soon I'm working the next day, since I wake up at 8am at the latest, period, no matter when the work is. This will no doubt complicate scheduling, but oh, well. What needs to be done, needs to be done.

Today...

...is the day of learning The Nanimo Rattery Will Ship Rats To Vancouver. It's also the Day of Talking to the SO (even if only over email) for the first time in a couple of days. Our schedules are such right now that from Wed. night to Fri. night we literally don't see each other (well, he sees me asleep when he comes home, I see him asleep when I get up).

This naming the day thing is good. I've also set date days with TOW, which is good. Keeping up with what I need to do, more or less, although there's so much of it... :)
