Replace ladder on bed with rope ladder, gain square feet in bedroom. Thus: rats can go around the edge, the lounging area works better, and I am happy.

Also: I'm still getting used to this free-weekends thing. I came home from the laundromat Sunday at noon. That gave me time to: scrub the kitchen floor, do most of the dishes, cook, scrub the bathroom, vacuum, move the sofa, have a *bath* and read for a bit, and then hang out and read for awhile more (while answering stuff on the Chia channel between things). Man, all of that, done on one weekend. This home thing is really interesting.

Speaking of Chia, I find that I get nervous before running plots there. I don't get nervous before speaking in public, bring that on! But somehow this is different, possibly because I can't see people's faces and thus tailor it to their interests quite as well. My only feedback as to their enjoyment is stuff like reaction time.

It's really interesting to look at the different groups of people on my friends list, and imagine how they'd get along.
