Really good specialist appointment this morning. It's with the clinic that's nearly all group stuff but she sent me with supporting documentation for disability and tax stuff, and with a list of like fifteen things to try medically with links to learning abotu each, and sent that to my doctor too, so I/we can work through them. She was good with pronouns and chosen names. And, most importantly, she was able to address my actual symptoms and put them into a framework that made sense when offering next steps.

It was fifteen (?) months on the wait list, since Dec a year and a half ago. A friend recommended the lnic to me and I'm very very grateful, I think I still have a year and a half sor the omplex diseases one.

I'm so so so so relieved. I'm happy to have some next steps to sink my teeth into. I'm also fully and completely exhausted in every way (it was a half hour zoom appointment) and glad I got a loaf of bread and jars of peanut butter and jam yesterday and put a cup of tea next to my bed before the call. I'm just going to lie here with my eyes closed for awhile.
