I live in a weird neighborhood, where people throw whole meals (including chicken pieces) out their windows for the crows, many women and men sweep their lawn with broom & dustpan, a guy runs around hitting poles to make crows fly away, etc.

If he wants the crows to go away, maybe he should try picking up the chicken pieces and throwing them back into people's windows.
