Non-poly-terminology-folks: no, this isn't about incest, this is about chosen family and confusing closeness/intimacy, and that kind of choosing with sexual/romantic stuff.

It always seems that however much I hear something, it needs to happen to me before I understand. Do you think they'd have made a difference for you to hear?
