...I've never had my ass grabbed in public by a stranger before. I'd no idea someone could be so persistent, I had to put Ryan in the way before he stopped. Four years legal and I finally got ID'd, though, yay!

I'm not normally a violent person, but it's cases like that where I would just out and deck a person.

I was a) at a club b) in the middle of a crowd and c) don't usually go to clubs. I couldn't tell him, 'dude go away' because he wouldn't be able to hear me. I didn't know if I was sending out 'that's cool to do' signals, being new to that sort of situation, and it didn't really bother me. When I stuck Ryan in the way, he got the idea, and that was fine. I'm certainly not harmed by the event.

If I were less dressed (ie Sin City) it would have bothered me, or if it was in a less crowded-loud-clubby environment, it likely would have freaked me out. I'm not about to get upset in that sort of environment until I've communicated a 'no' and had it ignored.

Ah. For some reason I'd got the impression that it was on a transit bus. Now that you mention it, the environment does have a lot to do with those sort of boundaries...
