Muscles hurt. Legs hurt, neck hurts.
Feel good. Didn't get enough sleep. Will eat lots of pasta for breakfast. Want a new big twirly skirt.
Bit of tension last night. Is fixed now. Feel better.
The bands were awesome last night. There was not a single one I would have wanted to miss. Each one came out and I thought, this is the coolest band of the night.
Lots of people were up there dancing right from the Cuban son band in the beginning. It was pretty big this year (is pretty big this year) and pretty professional-seeming, and they have this great music.
Here's the thing. There are a lot, a lot, a lot of people in the 15-18ish(?) age group (I suck at telling ages) which is kind of a new thing. Normally I'd be happy that there are all these younger people here, since i remember being like th eonly 14-year-old when I first went, but they sit around in peer groups and mock the English capabilities of the performers. Not all, but I think the mass of them leads to that peer pressure to be cool rather than nice and decent and appreciative.
But, that's not terribly important right now. I'm enjoying myself, really, wholly, completely, and there are two days ahead of me. The Juggler's supposed to come for part of today, too.
And guess what!? I have TOW to go shopping through the clothing with. :) Muaha!
