Well, the date's gone up, so it's time for me to write in the journal. Substantially gone up, I haven't been posting much lately.
It turns out that the problem was probably heatstroke. I finally got off the medication they'd given me to stop me throwing up, and I started taking some electrolyte formula. Both helped a lot.
Now the spinnyness of the world is down to 10% or so, I'm not nauseous at all, and stuff is generally good.
I got the Black Mission fig tree home today, along with *sigh* a new one, Desert King, so I have both of them to repot before heading out on my merry way for the weekend.
So, from zero to two fig trees in two days. The Black Mission is tall, very tall, maybe seven or eight feet. It looks gorgeous on the deck, but needs to branch out more. But, before anything, it needs its roots looked after. It's badly badly pot-bound.
Not too much more tonight from me except that, ut I expect posting will pick up in the next couple of days. I can see straight to read and type again!
Gods, it's good to be alive.
