I'm not longer the most tired person in the universe, but a night of three hours' sleep and then one of six isn't helping me much. I've come to some important realisations concerning my needs here, and so I'm not, exactly, going to be making big decisions based on them -- they're mostly small decisions once the stuff is realised, and it's mostly a matter of implimentation.

I'm an important person, and my happiness is as important as anyone else's. Therefore I shouldn't just ignore my needs and try to smooth everyting over. I need to speak up.

It's good to feel at least nominally in control of my life.
