Retreat And Resolve

greenstormMy mind is this amazingly flexible thing. It bends circles around reality. This is not okay. Either I do something like a grown-up, mindfully and with consent, or I don't do it at all. None of this looking-the-other way stuff.
On Tuesday I catsit for a week. I'm thinking of taking that as sort of retreat and meditate/mindful living time, where I roleplay a lot, sleep on my own, play with my rats, and breathe a bit. Also do things like turn my cellphone off lots, etc.
