GAH! I don't remember what the recipe is - I got it off the Internet so long ago..... I remember that there was skim milk powder in it, and the whole point behind the bag was to avoid coating hands in flour 'cement' during the mixing process. Add the liquid (water) squish it around, and kind of squirt it into the pan. You should be able to find a ton of recipes. Have fun!!!!!
