Lookin for somewhere longterm to live come July 1st. Not really looking for a place with roommates. Maxing out around $650/month. Must be within a half-dozen blocks of the drive or of Nanaimo or VCC stations. Must have balcony/yard and windows. For instance, this listing that I found under the "Rooms" category sounds like a great place, and isn't as "shared" as "rooms for rent" usually implies.

Of course, that's probably inconveniently far from any station. Still, it's a good example.
