When I was about eight I wanted to cook big family dinners, and that desire has kind of followed me throughout my life. Last night I put the beans on to soak, and left them on low over the (two-job, short-shift) workday, then I came home and made two meals: vegan chili and organic basalmic-and-mustard-crusted pork roast with onions and apples, honey-roasted sweet root veggies, and basalmic-herb roasted potatoes. It was really yummy. I'm pretty impressed with myself.

Need more bowls in the house.

We have lots of chili left. Want some? Maybe come over to dinner before Sin? Drop me a line, anyhow.

There will be repeats, likely Monday eve (but what about rope'n'grope?)
