When I Was Younger

...I waited eagerly for the day that I and all the adults around me would eagerly talk about important issues all the time, instead of silly kid stuff.

Now I realise that the parts of my life that I love involve talking with CrazyChris about how exactly the cat likes to lie in the bathtub, or Hector's new trick to look cute and get attention.

Sometimes silly kid stuff is the most important thing that happens in a grown-up persons life.

I think I'd snap without it.
