We had three boys with the same name in my class. The solution for us was that I was called by my full first name, the next boy was called by an abbreviated form of the name (usually with his last name attached), and the third was called by his last name only. Which, being Carroll, made his life extra fun around Christmas time.
One of the teachers however used to call us all by the full first name plus the initial of the last name. Which fortunately was diffferent for all three of us. Also fortunately for the teachers, we all spelled our first name the same. Because there are 5 known common ways to spell it. :>
*chuckles* Ah the memories. In that particular class, we not only had 3 of my name, but also 3 Jasons and 2 Joshuas. So between 8 of the boys we had 3 names. :>
I refuse to call you Rin. This is largely, however, because Rin for me is Rin Tin Tin, a large German Shepherd from childhood TV. And I don't think equating you with a large dog is really quite fitting.
