What are you talking about? In my world, they've been freaking out all damned week. I feel like the man in a straight relationship - every time I open my mouth, I piss off the Woman, and when I try to explain myself, I just dig the hole a little bit deeper, and I still don't know what I did that was so bad!!!!
Yeah, more or less. I made the decision to stay in Vancouver and poof! Everything sucks for everyone. I'm like, 'why didn't I decide to be a hermit up in Kelowna for the rest of the summer?'
I haven't seen people freaking out, but I did see a lot of people in a really low energy state yesterday. Including me. Everyone was tired and out of it. And one of my cow-orkers who never ever swears dropped the F-bomb three times.
My week's been pretty good. I'm angry as hell at my work for forcing me to quit, but excited to be doing something different, finally. It's a good thing, in the end.
Thankfully, I can laugh in the face of extreme overtiredness and clicky boxes (the last 1/2 hour of work today was me giggling over the clicky boxes...).
