Salt Spring Peoples?

greenstormA friend of mine is looking for a roommate for Aug 1st. He lives on Salt Spring Island, is an awesome and respectful person, and says of it:
It's an approximately 650 sq. ft cottage on 4 acres or so of a Horse Farm. There's also an 800 sq. ft deck surrounding the place. It's on a hilltop overlooking the horse rink, yet surrounded enough by nature that it's completely private. Very quiet neighbourhood with wonderful helpful neighbours all around. I keep it very clean and organized and I'd hope the roomy does the same. Lots of storage, fully furnished, big garden to play in, a fire pit/drum circle outback, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, fridge/stove, bath/shower, woodstove heat and electric heat. The place is only 3 years old, so all applianes are like new and the place is cost effective hydro-wise because of the topic quality conventional building materials it is made of.
I'm looking for a roommate that will be working full-time, is quiet, clean, and considerate. I'm asking $475/mo. + 50% utilities or a simple flat rate of $550/mo. The utilities include hydro, phone, and internet so the flat rate is a good deal. I would prefer a female roommate, or else a very feminine male roommate.
The ocean and trails are a short walk away; the main event hall is 15 minutes walk away; it's the South end of the island near Ruckle Park where the back roads are still gravel and the houses are at least 2 acres apart from one another. Fulford village is a ten minute drive away, and Ganges central village is a 20 minute drive away.
My home is very very sunny with lots of windows all facing perfectly Southwards. That always helps when living in BC.
