Must speak with Angus about desserts. Wouldn't mind more ideas on veg center-stage dishes as well. Do I have time to make sauerkraut?

Corn bread: use corn flour with a couple tbsp tapioca. And corn meal. And a can of corn if you go that way.

Tapioca is cheep at Asian grocers.

Thanksgiving is on the 23rd, a Friday. Bring something to drink that's tasty. There'll be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free people there, though not all of the above in any one person, so I'm going for a variety of stuff.

I'd love to help with moussaka, but there's lots of other things to make, too, and I like improvising (providing there's a time-buffer).

I baked my first black forest cake at 13, have figured out how to make it vegan (and taste good!) and would love to back up Angus on anything.
