MOVERS BOOKED FOR APR 29TH @ 5:00PM. This is for real! One or two people with a car would be welcome that evening if they wanted to help, but no pressure. I'm pretty sure my brother and my mom wouldn't mind helping, and that's two cars, and really it's just the rats I wanna move outside the truck.

I can help with the rats on sunday after the Vandusen show/dropping your plants at the apartment - it would probably be a good idea to get them tucked away quietly before there's too much else going on/in the way at either place. I think how much/how many trips we accomplish that night will depend on how tired we both are from the day, but I'm happy to help you with the smaller stuff.

Also - I noticed you were talking about kiwi - I've ordered Anna and Meader, and you will be welcome to cuttings, if that changes what variety you might think of actually purchasing/sharing ;)...will bring the trunk and hose, and blankets/crates to try and provide nestling material for the green things. I likely won't leave the garden for the day, since I will try to arrive early (9ish) to ensure I find parking close by to facilitate transport of the plants. How late in the day will you likely stay?

I was thinking of getting the movers to move the cages, and taking the rats at that time, but of course before would be better. We'll see how we feel.

I'm volunteering, so I may well be working till close.

I (hate to admit it but) I like having at least one non-stick pan for frying bananas, beside my cast iron array.

The smaller cages that will fit, at least - keep the ratties calm. I'll make sure to bring a book and water and it's no problem to wait until you're off. Perhaps cell phones would help us find each other? I will look for you near the rhodos ;)

Yep, make sure you call me on the 767-7534 number -- the other is temporarily out of service. I will be newr the rhodos most of the day for sure. Look forward to seeing you!
