Note to self: if I drop below 1200 calories in a day, ESPECIALLY if I'm hovering around 500 and in a pms-calorie-high-intake phase (or should be) I WILL be grumpy and super emotional and sharp-tongued. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with my brain except that I'm too damn fucking stupid to schedule time to eat. Just don't go there, it's not worth it. Food is your friend!
