Fluid sowing

The inevitable momentum of spring is pushing me along. I'm pretty sure my transplants are doubling in size every day; I'm hauling 10 flats of seedlings in and out from the deck every day to harden off. I've got carrot and parsnip seeds soaking on the counter and I made cornstarch gel to try the fluid sowing method. Last night was the warmest night we've had to far: 7 degrees and raining. There's only one or two forecast nights at below zero for the next two weeks, whatever that means. I guess I could put my tomatoes in the greenhouse and protect them with a straw mulch or some of that white fabric stuff.

Things are moving fast!
Maybe next spring I should take a month off work and people and just do the things at this time.
