My brother is back from Japan. This makes me happy. He also brought me construction worker clothes (steel-toed tabi, rubber tabi, and the big poofy pants) from there. Super hot. Ooooooooooo!

Okay. So I'm just gonna be like this for a bit. Greatpoets hit me with this one, and it's one of my favourites.

Juggler and I are tearing through a construction project with highly toxic but stupendously beautiful wood-- paduak. Dear gods, but it's lovely. The sawdust is like blood. You'll see. I'm mgoing to try hand-making hinges with wire and pliers.

It's so funny to work with the Juggler on one of my projects-- our asthetic sensibilities are so different, almost comedically so.
